Ladies we can all do this I walk 5 miles everyday before coming into work and seriously starting to see changes y'all can do it

I think there having trouble syncing mine has had trouble for 2 days it does it sometimes late on the day or mines been deleting itself as well

I walk 5 miles everyday during the week I'm usually gone around 2 hours before I come into work and I've dropped 2 pounds and I go up and down hills it can be done

I get up at 6am and head out Walking at 6:15am and return around 7:30-7:45 to get ready for work I'm finding it that I'm not tired during the day and sleep better at night time

Yes I had a total hysterectomy I'm March of 2015 and I am now trying to lose that weight that was from that my uterus measured at almost someone 4 months pregnant it was huge and I lost everything else except my ovaries
