I got the Gold's Gym Waist Trimmer a week ago and I have noticed a difference in my waist already when I take it off the sweat is running down it as I wear it when I go walking in the mornings before work great thing to get if you want a smaller belly.

Started working out before Work
This week I decided to start working out before work and I managed to start getting up at 6am and leaving the house at 6:15 for a 5 mile walk and returning by 7:45 to get ready for work. Great choice for me has given me more energy through out the day will be doing this from now on.
