Fresh Start on getting healthy and in shape

I'm taking a Fresh start at getting back to a healthy lifestyle and also wanting to get into shape, and the only way I'm going to do it is by changing my diet and exercising everyday. I have several goals that I will also be working towards and I know I can meet them as well, one of the goals I'm currently working on is drinking at least 6 bottles of water a day and my second goal is I would like to lose between 75-80 pounds by this time next year as I'm tired of the way I feel and look all the time.     Reading this tells me you believe in yourself and you have a desire for change. And it is very possible that you will with that kind of mentality. Don't feel discourage but to lose 75-80lbs in a year is not easy so take it slow your body will not allow you to lose 2lbs a week that's realistic. You will lose 4lbs one week another month 8lbs and then plateau. This might happen if you're losing muscle mass so you need to do weight training and calisthenics. You can will hit that goal weight jus remember work every muscle and eat healthy

    Marvin is very correct. you can do it. I believe in you. just keep your eyes on the prize. you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
