Need Serious Motivation

Hey guys I'm in Serious Need of Motivation as I've been struggling towards my goals that I would like to reach by next year I'm seriously needing to cut my sweet tooth and eat more healthier snacks. I know I can do this I will be seriously changing my diet and adding more fish and veggies and small salads and etc. please feel free to add me as a friend pass any tips Along.

    Don't look at the end goal. . .you will get discouraged. . .set small goals as you go along and reward yourself as you reach those goals. . .I plan my day so I have calorie allowance to have something sweet every day; usually after dinner. I have been using MFP since early February and I have lost 30+ lbs. I am creeping up on my GW so I can tell you it works if you log honestly and stick with it.

    These message boards are the bomb. Kids still say that? Anyways, if I'm feeling crappy or wanting to waver, I like to get on here and read peoples stories and motivations. That in itself will help keep you focused
