Spot reduction is not possible, unfortunately. The best thing to do is to keep losing weight in order to remove the fat from everywhere, not just in one place or the other. If you are exercising, that'll help to create the toned look underneath so as you continue to drop weight, there will be something to show underneath, but outside of that, you have to just keep after it.
Our bodies are all different, and we all put on weight differently. The rule of thumb is that the first place that you start to gain weight is the last place it comes off. So for me, I gain the spare tire first, so when I lose weight, I lose it in my face and arms and everyplace else except my gut, which I have to just keep working in order to make it go away. Since that's the first place my body goes to store fat, its the last place that comes off. We ALL go through the exact same thing, whether it be our tummies, thighs, rear end, arms, etc. Each person has their own struggle with it. Plus, if you've been overweight your whole life, you are really going to have a fun time convincing your body that there's a new way of doing business! It's been doing it one way for a long time, give it some time to adapt!
Just keep on focusing on CICO, do exercise you enjoy, and you'll get there. If it were easy everybody would do it. If we could flip a switch to make it happen we all would do it. The satisfaction is in the journey, not the destination!
Good luck!1
