New goals, diet and Exercise plan

Starting Monday I will be starting new goals that I would like to reach by the end of the year and I will need all the motivation and support I can get to make this happen below are some of the goals I will be working on.

1. Eating Healthier Meals
2. Exercising everyday
3. Drinking more Water and less soda
4. Losing 70 pounds by end of 2016

    I see no mentioning of logging accurately and consistently and hitting reasonable calorie goal?
