Thanks guys without you I would have over eaten yesterday for sure. I had.more than programmed, but no more than my daily need (that would keep my weight constant). It's so hard to get over the moments of despair, especially in the beginning. When the cravy self is desperately clinging to his life.

Your comment made me laugh. Thanks to all the pizza lovers in here, glad to know there's so many of you out there and I'm not alone ;)

Massive thanks to all of you guys for your advices and debates on the matter. I can't answer to each of you, but I read all your comments and it changed my perspective a lot.

So in that case the value that I calculated after one week of weight loss was BMR + NEAT + TEF. That explains why it was larger. I think you just care about their sum not every individual component.

No trust me I'm not mistaking anything. After 2 weeks of diet I'm having enough healthy food, fill full, but the junk food cravings are stronger than ever. It's simply a self distructive desire induced mostly by out society (comercials everywhere, they get into your mind without you realising)

I think it's that double z in pizza that makes me forget about any logical rationing.

I'm very much aware of what I'm supposed to do. But sometimes I just fall pray to the ever growing cravings.

Yes I'm becoming narcissistic. Which makes me think, did most people compliment the wrong person? Lol
-
And yes you're right. My left ear feels offended. Lips
-
This thread is so narcissistic. The more you comment the more compliments you get lol
-
Nose. Ok, but we should refer to the person above
