There are lots of recipes with chicken breast strips. Whats the most efficient/tasty/low cal way to prepare a large amount of strips that you can use in various sandwiches/salads? There's obviously boiling the meat, but do any of you prepare it differently?

Progress measurement?
I think we agree that weighing yourself is not good enough, especially if you're planning to build muscle too. So what's the best measurement? I assume it will have to do with the body fat percentage, but are any accurate devices out there for personal use? (preferably that don't cost a fortune) Thanks a lot!

Calories for frying in oil
How do you count calories for pan fried chicken? Do you simply add the oil and chicken calories together? Frying doesn't change the caloric content at all?

Losing weight with unhealthy food
Should I feel guilty I'm having frozen pizzas and other junk food even if I stick to my goal calorie intake? I realise this will mean that I'll eat less throughout the day than if I had healthy food. I'm not talking about health here but strictly if it affects the rate of weight loss.

Correct formula for caloric deficit
When people say caloric deficit, they mean BMR + exercise - intake right? Currently I use a BMR that I computed myself based on how much weight I lost in one week.
