How do you count calories for pan fried chicken? Do you simply add the oil and chicken calories together? Frying doesn't change the caloric content at all?

I add the chicken and oil calories separately. I weigh the oil before and after frying too to see how much exactly was used.2

I usually use butter for pan frying and I always weigh it out and log it by serving. If I use 15g for instance to cook dinner, I will log 5g as I'm usually cooking 3 breasts/chops.0
