I'm an introvert as well. I've learned and am still learning quite a bit from others. Plus social interactions online are not as exhausting as in real life. Can always shut it down for a while.

Wow! Feel the burn on this one! Good exercise! Sorry I get behind on the challenges. During the work week, it's sometimes hard to get online. Long drives and long days, if you know what I mean. Will always try to catch up on the weekends though.

I completed this and have completed several times since you first challenged us. My neck is somewhat sore, but I feel less tension and more range of motion in my neck. I'll keep doing it!

I am usually a side sleeper. I learned to sleep with a pillow between my knees a couple of years ago when I was having knee problems. It does help.

Used 10 lb weights second go-round. Great arm workout!
