I like and respect your level of ambition on achieving your fitness goals, but can you lose 30 pounds in 12weeks?? Absolutely...however chances are you'd be sacrificing some of your hard earned muscle/lean mass. As kimmy72 mentioned losing anywhere from half a pound to a pound a week is realistic and sustainable by the…

Calories come from the macros you eat daily whether its protein, carbs or fats or a combination of all of these. If you are simply trying to lose weight then overall calories consumed is what really matters. If you are trying to achieve a certain type of physique or (body recomposition) like for a competition or just want…

I think most women would kill to have a body like yours...your stomach looks pretty flat...in my opinion. You must be doing something right :-)

rybo said it best neither is better, some things work good for some but not necessarily for everyone else. Consistency is more important than anything else. Pick one and stick to it before ruling it out.

Oooo I can answer this one...speaking from experience when I was training and dieting with a bodybuilding competition in mind I had a cheat meal on Saturdays...I would sit down at my police station and eat a personal pepperoni pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks oh and my Coca-Cola. Gaining weight is cumulative so one meal…

Save your favorite meal of the day and have it at night. Hence you will have defeated the cravings while still staying within your daily calories.

When you start properly following a meal plan especially on a cut or fat loss program...yes a cheat meal (only one) is nice not because you need it but because mentally it gives you a break from being strict. When I had my cheat meals it was on Saturdays after I did my weigh-in. It consisted of a four hour window I could…

Raw and uncooked and before rinsing it off...that's what I do.

If you train any muscle group and it's sore regardless of the reason whether it's because it's your first time or you went too hard. You should let it recover going back and training it is asking for an injury. Let it heal and you'll come back stronger.

I only have an Optimum Nutrition shake when I'm super busy...other than that I get my macros from Whole Foods.

SLEEP...is when your body repairs and the growth and progress happens. Do your best to ensure you get quality time in bed. It's a very serious issue!!

Before you track calories and figure out macros and all that stuff you must make a commitment to yourself to lose the weight. Sometimes it takes doing some soul searching to understand why you want to achieve a specific goal. When I found my reason for wanting to be fit all of a sudden things fell into place. If you don't…

Any gym that does not incorporate the color purple in their company logos is good!!

One day will not derail all your progress but it certainly wont help it. You have to slowly become more disciplined at your dieting. Be truthful to yourself and understand that if you want to achieve a certain type of physique you will have to make some small sacrifices there's no short cuts.

There's no doubt that going to train on a beautiful sunny day is motivation enough and certainly a good time. The reality is you sometimes need to train around your schedule and lifestyle. Important thing is to set that time aside and stick to that goal. Can you make progress going to the gym late night? Absolutely!! How…

You can get it done, its mind over matter use what ever you need to keep you motivated!! Its more a mental game than it is physical. It is extremely empowering to be able to say "I don't eat that kind of food, my body is too good for that!" stay strong

The person you compete against everyday is yourself...when you look in the mirror that person looking back is who you must change. Do some serious soul searching and find out why you really want to be fit and remember you do not need to validate your reasons to anyone. At the end of the day you and only you have to love…

Get your body fat checked so you know your numbers and go from there. Typically you want to lean down before any bulking. If not you end up looking like most guys out there they're massive but not aesthetic. Unless it doesn't matter to you then go for it!!

Go see a professional someone who can check your current body fat levels and put you on a diet and training program that will change your body and your life. You need help with this don't guess cause you'll never get results.
-
If all you ate was healthy foods but you eat more calories than you burn, you'd still gain weight. Total calories at the end of the day will equal more weight.
-
Don't forget to drink lots of water, if you do you will see a small amount of benefit from using creatine.
-
You won't need luck with a solid nutrition and training program in place. Best wishes
-
Keep doing that, and as your body gets used to that routine it will be easier and your stamina will build up. Just remember that nutrition plays an enormous role in our results. Welcome back to the world of those that wanna live a fit life. Best wishes, stay strong

Keep going no matter what, if you quit it's over but not till then

I use to get them a lot about 2 years ago but I noticed that it only happened under certain circumstances. For example I couldn't run on pavement for more than a quarter mile. But I could easily run 2 miles On a treadmill so I did the treadmill for 2 years. I'm able to run on pavement now but I keep my jog to a 1.5 mile…

You can certainly achieve some results by August but 30 pounds is not realistic. Find a person trained in body composition maybe a strength coach to guide you through. You need to set a goal that's attainable...stay focused you can do it.

What Joshua said!! I second that...by all means keep up the good work

Preparation of food prior to training would help you immensely. Leave it ready to eat soon as you get home. Drink water to hold you over till you get back home to eat.
