hi there its just water my friend don't stress over it too much, if it was weight gain then yes Id address it. Your body does that especially if you don't drink enough water, so yes the trick to reducing water retention is actually drinking a lot more water. Chipotles and Qdoba are two of my go to places.....whenever I'm out and about and need good food I eat here if I can locate one. I would say these are great options...the only thing to be on the cautious side is all the extra sauces and stuff. If you get a bowl get chicken and steak and rice with corn or any veggies if you…

Weighing in everyday is like checking your bank account daily hoping that a check was deposited when you know you get paid on the same day every week. Our body weight fluctuates due to water retention etc...so doing it daily is just misleading. Changes in true weight are gradual...id do it on Friday or Saturday morning on…

Here's what you do, plan out your meals and calories for the day and save some of your favorite meals for night time and replace the binge foods with these. When I first started dieting I had this problem of filling that late night void. It gets easier as time goes on, discipline takes time to build but it can be done.

Plateaus happen when our bodies adapt to whatever you may be doing in this case its your diet, eventually something will have to change in order to continue dropping weight. hope that helps its a simple response to a complex subject.

A healthy and sustainable range is usually anywhere from minus 200-500 calories. Of course you can move those numbers in any direction. They key is to do a gradual calorie…

Yes you will lose weight if you eat junk food as long as you're in a calorie deficit, how will you feel though?? like death. Youll pretty much feel like your on a roller coaster ride. And Im not a doctor but eating high sugar and processed foods can eventually lead to serious health issues.

Yes, I did that in 2014 while prepping for a competition, my strength coach had me on I believe it was 250 carbs daily and I was getting leaner by the week. In my opinion you should keep your carbs as high as possible while dieting down and cutting body fat. When you get stuck and weight loss stalls gradually decrease the…

Absolutely...however chances are you'd be sacrificing some of your hard earned muscle/lean mass. As kimmy72 mentioned losing anywhere from half a pound to a pound a week is realistic and sustainable by the…
