Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for. The reason I'll be at Planet Fitness is that I can go there for free. I won't be logging Stronglifts workouts. I just want to not lose everything I've gained so far. Thanks everyone for the responses!

I've had shoulder issues for the past 6 year and this summer I started lifting weights that are actually heavy for me. And my shoulder is feeling so much better! Not perfect but I can now sleep on my right side again!!!

If you have a kickboard: place it perpendicular to the water, half in and half out and kick like you normally would. Creates a lot of resistance and is actually quite difficult. Best of luck!

I just finished week one. Tougher than I expected, but it felt good afterwards! Do you guys change speeds at all for the running portion? Or do you generally just stick with one speed?

For me, my "cheat days" are when I go out to eat with friends. These days I don't log because generally I overeat when I go out. Though because it's more expensive to eat out, I tend not too. Maybe once a month or so.
