Thanks! I just downloaded all three including Strava and Runkeeper. Am going to try them all out for a week or so and see which one works for me, I am more of an aesthetic kind of person. If the app looks great and has functions I need, it's a winner, even if another app has better functions without the aesthetics.

Thing is, they only gave a window frame for the races, 30 & 31 Jul and 6 & 7 Aug. The actual race dates will be given to participants at a later date. I'm thinking if the dates are not favourable, I will ask for a change of event eg. to discus or shot put or a 100m run.

Wonder why I didn't think of it that way. I was good at short distance (usually come in 1st or 2nd for inter-schools), but loved long distance. Haha actually I think family iftar holds more "good" food. I am still following the standard macros/nutrients goals in mfp, hopefully I can eat according to my goals this month.
