Any tips for Ramadan ?

    I don't over do it. Last Ramadan I lost a lot of weight and the reason was when I ate I started with big glasses of water that filled me up, I didn't make that many deserts maybe once a week and would eat lightly for suhoor. And for iftar I eat a good portion but not huge and I also eat lots of watermelon (I ❤️ Watermelon) and it filled me up

    Yeah that is very helpful, but i just want to know the macros also that be good in fasting... Like the food you should eat at suhoor because its 10+hour fasting

    Haha actually I think family iftar holds more "good" food.

    I am still following the standard macros/nutrients goals in mfp, hopefully I can eat according to my goals this month.
