I don't have time for breakfast in the morning either so I always take my breakfast on the go and eat at work. Some things I have for breakfast are cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, greek yogurt with fruit, frozen Smart Ones breakfast quesadilla
