Serving size?
I'm looking at the label for my popcorn and it says the serving size is 3 Tbsp unpopped (makes about 7.5 cups popped) Servings per bag = 2. For amount per serving it says 1 cup popped = 15 calories. So my question is, how many calories is in the bag of popcorn? I'm confused :ohwell:

Breakfast ideas...
I need healthy breakfast ideas. Something that I can bring with me and eat at work. I leave too early in the morning to eat before I leave for work, so I generally like to eat breakfast at work, but I'm having a hard time with healthy options that hold me over until lunch. Any ideas??

Upping your calories - question
Quick question - when you up your calories, do you do something to your profile on MFP to let it know, or do you just go over what they set up for you and let your diary reflect that every day? Sorry - may be a stupid question but I'm new and trying to figure this all out. Thanks!!
