I liked pf. Its clean and cheap with modern equipment. A lot of people are down on pf because they push their " not a gym" crap but all i want to do is get in a good workout and leave and it was great for that. Good luck to you both.

I work in a place thats mostly female. The trend seems to be that men will follow the strongest male. Sadly there doesnt seem to be a substitute for good chips and my alternative doesnt work with dips. With sandwiches i eat goldfish crackers i stead of chips. They arent thw same but are good.

I use ec fat burners as well. They give me energy for my workouts and help lean me out. I like them and dont plan to stop using them periodically.

I also do the sports bra pics in front of the mirror....but thats for something else. Im in the same boat as you.trying to lose that last 10lbs to really lean me out and show definition. Im finding that its just consistant diet and exercise that is slowly pulling that last bit of fat off my lower abdomen . you got this!

Runnig is its own thing just like walking. You can walk very slow or fast and you are still walking. Same with running. I trained bjj for a couple of years along with kempo, aikido. Man did it tear me up. Its a ton of fun but hard on the body

When i was prepping for a race i only ran on a treadmill. Everyone said that i woukdnt be able to duplicate or beat my treadmill times outside. I beat my treadmill time and won. Turns outi hate running either way.

10% is the standard goal but everyone is different so may take more or less for your abs to be visable. Also the size of your ab muscles will play a role in that. Abs are muscle and can grow with weight training. Bigger thicker abs will be visable long before under trained abs. Im going through this now. I took some pics…

If you want to get sore throw in a few high volume days. I will do 10 sets to failure with only 30 seconds rest in between. Arms are almost imobile the next day or two
