My question was about the offset of MFP's macro calculation to Calorie intake. @diannethegeek was asking what I was looking at in MFP and I was looking at the targeted percentages. Bottom line here is that MFP does not customize macros correctly.

The percentages

Depending on your goals. I use these options. Right now I am looking to gain lean muscle so I'm using the bikini and gains meal plans! I hope this helps! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/choose-your-own-diet-adventure.html#.V1gX9bTuBz8.mailto

Okay good I'm not the only one. Would you suggest going over on your MFP macros and hitting your caloric intake?
-
Yes. That's why I don't get it. I'm guessing MFP isn't giving exact macro calcs.. Just a percentage? What do you suggest I use to track the macros?

Hey lady! Best of luck in your journey. Stress eating feels good at the time but as I'm sure you know... You feel 10x worse after you're done. You HAVE to think about your long-term health and happiness. My best advice would be to hit the weights. Cardio should only be a part of your routine. You can do it!!

Thank you! I am bulking so I would be going over my macros? That doesn't make sense!

Okay good to know! Thank you!

I am literally embarrassed to say it... I have NEVER tried it. I'm scared as I love PB and don't want to deplete my feelings

I don't think crying is the goal here!
-
Great. I'll check the more advanced options out!

What is your suggestions on reps? Do you agree with heavy weight/3 sets /8-10 reps? Also, I checked out your bulking links. I see the SL's 5x5 is popular but I'm not sure if that is diverse enough for women. What do you suggest for women? Thank you :)

Thank you @tziol. If I move my protein to 140g what should my carb/fat intake be?
