Neither soda is so unhealthy and diet anything is even worse. I've only sipped a soda in the last year water, tea and coffee all the way baby why waiste calories on sugarie drinks that harm your body.

Also I know eating that isn't healthy it was a cheat day my weights 135-139 on a bad day after high sodium food. last summer I was 130. So please no judging

I feel very weak too! I find running to increase my flow. Loved all the feed back ladies. Thinking some lazy strength training instead today. Or not lol first days can be the pits.

I have been eating a half cup organic low fat vanilla yogurt by stoneyfield you can easily do a cup and be low cal still. I add a tblsp Adams natural peanut butter its soooo good! I'm not pregnant either lol just love pb

i think that the best results have happened for me when i snack all day. a good brkfst not too big then a snack shortly after lunch, snack, snack, dinner and a treat like unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon for evening snack. Good luck either way you choose just try to choose good calories :)
