I did the April challenge and am happy to find this again. I am changing my weigh times to only 2xs per month, at the beginning and end, as weighing each week stresses me out especially if I don't see results. Starting weight: 350lbs May 1st beginning weight: 320lbs May ending weight: Goal weight: 150-160ish

April starting weight : 330 April ending weight: 320 Total pounds lost: 10 I was able to lose 10 lbs the first 2.5 weeks then stayed there the rest of the month but I think between monthly cycle and I feel like I've lost more inches than pounds because I feel it in my clothes. Must be all the zumba :)

We can all use the motivation and motivate others. So many times I've used this app to only stop using it after 2-3 days. I recently restarted (April 1st) and am on an 11 day streak.
