    Original starting weight : Jan 01, 2016 - 338.8 LBS
    Ultimate goal :160 in however long it takes.


    APRIL starting weight : April 1, 2017 - 265 LBS

    April goal :260 LBS by APRIL 29

    04/08 : 266.5
    04/15 : 266.5 (no scale on Sat. Weighed on Mon was at 271.7!!)
    04/22 : 267.1 (down 4.6 lbs since Mon. But still a gain for the month. Also TOM)
    04/29 : 270.2 (I really struggled this month. )

    Total loss for APRIL: +5.2 LBS

    This was NOT a good month for me. So much stress...and with the stress comes the stress eating. So fed up.

    You and I are on the same page when it came to April. Very stressful month for me, stressful eating as well. And the female bloating was another challenge for me too.! Ugh! I hope May has better days ahead for us!

    Lost a total of 3 pounds. The month of May will be better.

    I have to find a better way, better yet push myself to continue exercising and eating right even when it is pouring down raining/flooding.

    My wake up call was when my face started breaking out at the end of last week. I'm officially back on my no meats, bread, and/or dairy lifestyle change. Basically trying to cut down on my hormones intake.

    April 7th:151lb (at lest 1lb worth... I started new workour plan from April 1st... Hope it will work.

    I've been struggling massively to lose more weight. I seem to be bouncing up and down between the mid to high 180's. So this month didn't go as well as I'd hoped.
    Oh well, fingers crossed for next month.

    I was able to lose 10 lbs the first 2.5 weeks then stayed there the rest of the month but I think between monthly cycle and I feel like I've lost more inches than pounds because I feel it in my clothes. Must be all the zumba :)

    I never did post the rest of Aprils activities...for SHAME!! I'm still here! Still going! so:
    I didn't make it to 250 by the end of April but I made it here by some point in May. By the end of April, I was down to 254.4. Pretty good! 6.7LBS. Nice healthy weightloss. I was tracking fat percentage, water weight and muscle weight as well...most of the weight loss was fat because I've been hitting the gym like a gym rat. weee! I'm starting to like it and feel really crummy when I don't make it so yay MFP.
