I'd love to join you all. I track everyday and have been making a conscious effort to do my 10,000 steps everyday. For me it's not only for weight loss but also it's a kind of physio therapy since breaking my knee in November 2016

Yesterday, Mr and I set off for our walk and the clouds were glowing over our house, so we thought it would be decent walking weather. We walked to the gazebo/picnic park and were going to continue our walk into the downtown area, BUT! the wind was blowing and the clouds started looking ominous and the whitecaps! It was so dramatic! We acted like fools for a little bit in the wind and then decided to go up the hill towards home. Not chance walking over the bridge when the wind was blowing that strongly. As soon as we got home, the sky opened up and torrents of rain spilled everywhere, so we beat the rain! Yay! Sorry. Wanted to share with my walking friends4 -

Total steps 21,353 9.1 miles 4,576.28 miles to go. I didn't make my goal of 2100 every day, but I did pretty well most days. I'm going to keep it at 2100 steps a day this week and see if I can make it. Trying to find ways to add steps and remember to bring my phone are the biggies!!!
