Lmao no. Plenty of people become overweight by eating "healthy foods". Calories are all that matter in the scheme of weight loss.

Currently can attest to this... still working with a diminished lung capacity and fatigue. From being perfectly healthy going to the gym 4 days a week.

There was a girl around here who was the guru of butt building... @sardelsa IIRC, she did bulk and cut cycles with eating protein at 1g per lean body weight and lots of heavy lifting with Bret Contreras' booty lower body focused lifting program. HTH

You haven't answered if you are logging your food accurately... with a food scale and measuring cups for liquids. If you are gaining, you're eating more than you are burning, full stop.
