Thank you for that. I'm 52 and have started running up and down the stairs as a daily routine if I'm in a lazy can't be bothered to go out mood. I do enjoy walking so try and do as much as I can and tomorrow start jogging as i want to do a 5k run in sept. Feel free to add me if you wish

Hi I need to work on my middle section. Have you tried doing the Plank. It does work possibly not as fast as you're hoping but I've noticed the results already. Swimming is another good one. Thanks guys for your support. I do like the sound of berries though. I only have lunch and dinner but sometimes skip the lunch and just have dinner in the evenings.
