New here and in need of support

Hey I'm new here. I am looking to lose 15 pounds as soon and fast and effective as I can. I'm 4 feet 11 inches. So I'm short. I have an apple body shape and I would feel a lot better about myself if I had a flat stomach or abs instead of a flabby mid section. I need support and tips and help on my journey towards health. I eat pretty bad and I need to start exercising but I don't know where to start. Please help! Thank you :)

    15 pounds? You are lucky, I'm 5ft tall and need to lose more like 40 or 50 pounds. Are you doing any special diet? I'm just trying to be more careful watching how much and what I eat..

    Hi
    I need to work on my middle section. Have you tried doing the Plank. It does work possibly not as fast as you're hoping but I've noticed the results already. Swimming is another good one. I'm the same as you where I eat bad not in the sense of fast foods. I eat healthy foods but eat very little and we'll below what I shd eat. There is the weight problem. Add me if you wish
