  • How was your 30 day trial Debbutler55?
  • I have the VIVOSmartHR. I love it and especially the weekly Step Challenge I participate in. Just won the 35K Step Challenge last week =) If you are registered on the Garmin Connect, you're more than welcome to add me to your Connect list- BlackR0se (its a zero in R0se)
  • My weight's been on a roller-coaster, I tell you. I'm currently at 141.2. Hopefully the scale will say less tomorrow
  • Awesome! Thanks ladies. I think I have a general workout plan to go by. I shall be starting tomorrow =)
  • Awesome! What a great feeling to have after a cleanse day. I bet you did just as awesome on your day two cleanse. Yes, it helps to have an hourly routine to make sure you're not feeling hungry. And the pay off is very rewarding-- mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've only had the wafers, but I've heard so much about…

  • Karen I felt the same way when I started my 30-day trial, but at the same time I was excited about starting this new weight-loss journey. Just know that we believe in you and we know you can do it. We are all here to support one another. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! =)

  • That's great am_lifter! I'm proud of you. Keep it up and you will reach your goal in no time. I've found out myself that after the 3rd cleanse or so that I'm not as hungry as I think I am or would be since I could not eat that day. MIND OVER MATTER. It really does get easier the more you cleanse.
  • Feel free to add me. I mostly get my exercise from walking, but I'd like to get into lifting weights, preferably dealing with the lower body-- glutes, quads, and hams. I'd gladly take any advice if you have any?
  • Down. 0.8 lbs this morning =)

  • Not bad, actually. Thanks for asking. I even feel confident enough to say that I would have made it through the whole 48 hrs without any issue =)
  • Id like to lose 10lbs total. But I will more than likely gain a lot of that back in muscle weight once I start working out. But that's a weight gain I would be happy about.
  • Kind of. I noticed this morning that I don't have enough cleanse to finish the last 12 hours. So it'll only be a 36hr cleanse.
  • My progress is good. As of last weigh-in I was down 4.8lbs. Today I'm down 1.2. So a total of 6lbs lost since I started. =) .......but I'm probably going to gain that 1.2 back today. Lol. But I will difinitetly get back on track tomorrow. And congrats to the rest of you on sticking to your goals.

  • Hi Kitty! I'm very sorry to hear about the negativity you received on MPF. We are all on here for pretty much the same reason. but on a happy note, I'm glad you were able to find this group and I do hope you decide stay with us and share your 30 day journey with us. As of today, my 3rd week has just ended. So 1.5 weeks…

  • I hate cleanse days =( .... First time I have admitted this to anyone. Temptation is at its finest I tell you. I will say that the cleanse days have gotten better, but its still not easy for me.
  • Awesome! Congrats to you and your hubby. I have not been keeping up with my measurements. I did a beginning measurement and will do another one at the end of my 30 days. I suppose I could do one this week just to compare them to my day 1 measurement. I have currently lost roughly 3.5 pounds. Today marks the end of my 3…
  • Hi peeps! I'm Bee or B.... which ever works for you. My current weight is 141.4. I started out at 145 roughly 3 weeks ago. My goal is to lose a pound a week. I'd like to get down to 135ish and tone up. My focus is on my quads, hams, and calf muscles. My weigh-in days will be on Thursday. BTW, does everyone weigh-in on the…
