It's not bad to eat late at night if you are in your calorie goals..if you have extra calories from the day log it there...if you don't log it into the next day

You can log it on either day and as long as you are in your calorie goals you are fine

I eat 1490 cals a day..I am 5'3" and 221..I was able to still exercise just not as much..but as of today I'm in an immobilizer and I'm really bad pain...knew is currently elevated over heart with ice...ugh..appointment is Friday for the ortho.

It is scary..and yea..getting steps in that's a real struggle! Also, with limited mobility issue a have you thought of trying aqua aerobics, aqua jog, aqua zumba? It's easy on the joints and is a great cardio and yes even strength workout cause you use dumbells in the water and the water is great resistance

Turkey bacon is yummy! And i eat protein bars in place of a candy bar..and in place of ice cream I have a protein shake...but like others have said, sometimes you just have to eat the real thing and fit it into your calories!

Zip, zilch, zero ,nada! I log my protein shakes as a meal or snack...those full me up as a meal replacement...otherwise why were precious calories on liquid imho

My daughter told me that my legs were "tiny"...my mother said my hour glass figure is back....my husband can't get enough....I am 3 shirt sizes and 3 pants sizes down since Easter. .when exercising I can actually touch my elbow to my knee!

56lbs ago I was on insulin 2x a day, metformin, and blood pressure pills 2x a dsy, and walking with a cane. I am PROUD to say I am completely off ALL of this! !
