Aqua Calisthenics medium or high intensity?
I exercise in the pool 5-6 days a week for 80-95 minutes at a time. I have been to aqua zumba and i loved it also. I have made up my own routine. I not only do leg lifts but also wall pushups, reverse crunches, lunges, running in place, treading water, etcetera. In your opinion is this moderate intensity or high intensity…
