I exercise in the pool 5-6 days a week for 80-95 minutes at a time. I have been to aqua zumba and i loved it also. I have made up my own routine. I not only do leg lifts but also wall pushups, reverse crunches, lunges, running in place, treading water, etcetera. In your opinion is this moderate intensity or high intensity work out?

It's a subjective call. without seeing your work out there's no way to tell the intensity that's something you're going to have to figure out yourself.
As far as intensity level if your gym has an aqua trainer that's something you could talk to them about. At my Peak I used to swim 1 mile + 2 to 3 times a week. I thought my conditioning level was pretty good. One of the owners of the gym was an olympic-level swimmer. He had me modify my routine including doing speed Sprints. The first time I did it I thought I was going to die. It's like anything else put yourself a little more every day as long as you're comfortable with your exertion1
