Way to go!!! I fell of the "wagon" at the beginning, but since then I'm up to 13 pounds lost! This is the first time in my entire life I've set a goal and seen progress towards reaching it. You are doing awesome!!!!

I decided this year to give up drinking calories! So no soda, energy drinks, or alcohol. I have water or green tea to drink and 1 cup of coffee in the morning. I am rocking it! Good luck!

We all weigh in at the beginning of the challenge, one of the requirements of the challenge is to record at least 3 30 minute workouts a week, and then at the end every one has a final weigh in. I just linked my fitbit with mfp a few days ago and I am loving it. The fitbit motivates me to move and I really can't go longer than it takes to charge without out now. I really feel like this is going to help me really see some results this time around!
