We have a summer slim down challenge at work, it just started today! This is really helping me get motivated and stay on track. Any tip? The challenge runs from 6/15/2016 to 7/25/2016. My first goal is to lost 8 pounds but over all I need to lose 18 to get back where I was a year ago. Thanks!!!!
