I just had this problem and found out low blood pressure was the cause. But I am on High blood pressure med, doc cut my dose in half and I am starting to feel better.

Requiring less medication! I have lost 20 pounds and started feeling dizzy. Realized my blood pressure was consistently low. Now taking half the medication for high blood pressure that I used to, hoping to eliminate it all with losing more weight!

You CAN do it if you want to hard enough. I was in your shoes, there was more junk food in my cart than there was "real" food. 10 weeks ago I decided enough is enough.
