Congrats on your new scale!! You will learn fast! I even weigh slices of bread and have found that they are hardly ever the weight on the nutrition label. Most often they weigh more!! A lot of foods seem to weigh more than the labels, so you will be able to tighten up on your calories!

Walking is my only exercise, have lost 35 pounds so far! The most important thing is to make sure you stay within your calorie limit :)

MFP had me on 1200 calories after I lost a bit of weight. I tried, I really did, but could not do it. I upped my calories to 1400 and felt much better, and I am still losing!

I would log as is and use the bacon calories as a cushion!

I use them all the time! Don't forget to log them, they usually have a small amount of calories.

The treadmill hasn't been delivered yet, but what we read was we could hook up our ipad to the treadmill.

I was able to get off all BP medicine after losing 20 pounds, what a great feeling! It can work for you too, eat healthier and exercise and you will get there! P.S. And my only exercise is walking! :)
