    2 chocolate weetabix, 220 ml of dark chocolate Alpro soya 'milk', water.
    The only way I've found so far of having my daily requirement of iron and a lot of the daily requirement of calcium.

    I had an Extra Cheesy Pizza Lunchable. Might not sound like the best choice, but it does have a ton of calcium, 270calories,15g of protein, and is really filling and fast to grab!

    Fruit and yogurt parfait with crushed walnuts. Using 168 g of Greek yogurt, divided into 3 layers. Yogurt, peaches, yogurt, strawberries, yogurt topped with crushed walnuts. It was pretty what I knew how to post pictures.
