I am doing yoga at my college and spring break is next week. I am afraid I'll lose my motivation! But I really enjoy it and I may actually do it more over break (hoping) I am already in love with it. The mats are so slippery tho I need to get a good one

Everyone has been so helpful! I am doing yoga and I am really liking it even more so now that I found out I can use it for extra credit in one of my courses! But it is great I am struggling right now but I know my body will get into it more and more as I go.

Thanks everyone! I honestly started feeling anxiety thinking after I posted this thought people would be mean! But I was just over the trolls that kept messaging me as soon as I were to try and connect with others. And yea I'll change my pro pic to my dogs cute little face!!!! Lol

Yes fast food being around it is difficult. But I see people order milk shakes at 7 am and it makes me want to hurl!!!! Haha!!!!

I work at a Chick-Fil-A and I have been logging in all my food I mainly eat salads now! And I drink 3 cups of water before my shift. It's hard when you want a huge sandwich but then I remind myself of how bad I'll feel!
