My carbs have been higher this past week. But I was steady doing 20-30 everyday. Last year I was almost 45g daily solid. Sugar free jello is a godsend for me. It's only 10 cals and no carbs or sugar and a gram of protein and maybe 60mg sodium. It takes the edge off for me when I wanna binge .

@kirkor I didn't know I was doing keto hah. I usually eat 20-30 carbs and then eat a lot of protein. I didn't think I was getting enough fat to be considered a keto dieter. I was actually steadily doing 45g carbs for almost a year which I'm sure isn't keto.
