Yes it normally fluctuates like 1 or 2 pounds. This is just the first time it was that far off.. oh well maybe my body will work magic overnight haha

Thank you! The 14 pds I lost was rather rapidly because I started counting calories and stopped drinking soda ( I was drinking 3-4 a day) so I know that helped me jumpstart my body.. I've just been stuck, but obviously not being accurate enough.

I lost 10 pounds in 45 days.. Which I believe is because I have so much to lose. Now it's been two weeks no change its normal I too get very anxious and want to lose quickly but 7 pounds in approx 8 weeks is almost 1 pd a week which is a healthy loss.. "Slow and steady wins the race" lol

I feel more in control by now knowing what's going in my mouth.. Since I've been tracking everything, weighing, and measuring I see how bad some of the things I enjoyed was. Example I love bread but now tracking it I'm like "oh heck no" I'm not wasting my calories on that! Lol
