Some of the veggies have very few calories! So I can see where you would think it's ok not to log. But I've realized that sometimes the raw veggies are my go to snacks so if they are only 5 cal or even 25 cals they add up fast when you have them a few times a day..

I do the exact same I log weight of Fridays. I use a daily trend app to see how my body changes. I do measurements when I feel the scale isn't moving as much then when I see progress when doing my measurements it's a win win Good luck!

They have a lot on myfitnesspal blender It's not a app you have to go to the website and sign up there is the free workouts which I use. I did 10 min abs just today.. They also have some of there ab videos on YouTube

I've always heard to drink half your body weight in oz. Example I'm 160 so I need 80 ounces of water a day.. That doesn't mean I do it though! lol I have to add flavor in my water.

With depression it's hard to sometimes "want " to exercise. Should I force myself out of the house and to a gym? Maybe once I'm there I will do better. I'm so very aware of my depression being a huge problem and prob causing this. Ugh it sucks! I always have good intentions and then fail.
