  • I get what you mean. I've been vegetarian for a while, but it's been hard for me to go vegan, mostly because I don't know any vegetarians or vegans, and it's been difficult for me to go vegan without that kind of support.
  • I like roasting vegetables, especially broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus. Fills up your stomach without a ton of calories.
  • Egg yolks aren't bad for you. Just be careful if you're struggling hard with your cholesterol. But they have a lot of beneficial nutrients in them.

  • I wouldn't go too crazy low. You need to still feel satisfied, or else you'll just end up gaining the weight back again because you'll start bingeing. At least, that's what happened to me.
