@thisonetimeatthegym Thank you kindly...no Ma'am, the faces are actually one piece just two sided. I made him from copper. I named him clunker and tell people he's bipolar. Art metals like this are my most enjoyable, i just piece together found objects. Pinstriping is the hardest but most rewarding when i do it right.

Track your macros in the beginning, work out and be consistent the gains are small starting out so its important to not falter in the first 2 weeks...thats how long it takes my fat to understand it's not wanted and it starts to leave.

Welcome! I can't speak for the others but I'm 2 more hours sleep, a shower, amd some coffee. I found entering in the food and exercise everyday helped me stay consistent, i don't enter it much anymore since i have a good idea what and how much to eat, could always be better but im doing ok.

7 lbs left for me but may set a new goal once there. Its shallow i know, but I am staying motivated by the glances i get from people and also the little bumps i see develop that aren't all squishy. Also it keeps me mentally breathing easy, i have far less frustration and to be frank, im considerably more horny.

Egg whites and protein pancake, has protein and carbs, then I get on my 2-3 hr eating after that. Eggs really slow my metabolism down, easily twice as long to get hungry again than my other meals each day so I am working on portion of eggs in the AM.

Egg whites from the carton every day or scrambled ones at work if I'm running late. I also try to have a protein pancake with it...habanero hot sauce is all the toppings I need on eggs like that...if boiled whole eggs salt/pepper are king.
