Looking for friends near their end goal!

I am down to my last stone and a half left to lose, every time I get anywhere near my goal of 10st I seem to hit a brick wall and even put on more weight, I just wondered what you guys are doing to keep motivated? Xoxo

    7 lbs left for me but may set a new goal once there. Its shallow i know, but I am staying motivated by the glances i get from people and also the little bumps i see develop that aren't all squishy. Also it keeps me mentally breathing easy, i have far less frustration and to be frank, im considerably more horny.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, because the following is simply based on my assumptions upon your post.

    In order to reach your goal you adjust your diet/workout sessions so it's gonna work. Though when you hit it, you let go of the strict routines you implemented to get there to begin with, am I correct?

    Instead, I'd try to make a habit of it. Adapt positive changes that you feel comfortable with and stick to them, allowing this to be your lifestyle.

    Personally, I prefer intermittent fasting, there are a lot of pros (based on scientific research) of it so maybe it works for you too. Basically it allows me to eat great meals without having to worry too much about macros. :wink:
