Eggs or Oatmeal?

Neither! I have celiacs and am allergic to eggs. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to eat due to food allergies. Sometimes I eat a piece of bacon and grits.

Did you mean to post this as an answer in the other thread?
Anyway, nothing wrong with bacon and grits. When I get tired of breakfast I just eat non traditional options like leftovers from dinner. The other day I had a salad with turkey on it for breakfast and then a smoothie for dinner (and I often do omelets for dinner, so why not some fish and broccoli for breakfast?).0 -
Breakfast doesn't have to be "breakfast" foods.1

Have you tried gluten free products?0

Egg whites and protein pancake, has protein and carbs, then I get on my 2-3 hr eating after that. Eggs really slow my metabolism down, easily twice as long to get hungry again than my other meals each day so I am working on portion of eggs in the AM.0
