Ya. That's not what the OP was asking. Geeze. You people and your everything in moderation posts. Leave that to the OP's who actually ask for that information. The OP fulfilled her craving by getting a pre-made salad that she wanted. BUT only threw it out because it was nasty and a waste of calories. Why waste calories on…

A terrible tasting burger from a restaurant. If I planned for that burger, I want that thing to taste like heaven. I've had times where it just doesn't own up to the expectation and I leave with the attitude that I could have lived without it. One example of this is a 5 guys burger. It was so not worth the hype.

I don't like yogurt in my smoothies, so I would just mix in liquid eggwhites into your smoothie. 1 cup has 27g of protein!

Hot yoga helped get rid of my sciatica thank goodness. That thing was a nightmare. I just signed up for a full month (the beginner pricing) and it worked like magic. Haven't gone back to hot yoga because it's freaking expensive, but it did help.

I can tell you this. That since you don't swim with your iPHONE, your phone is negating the calories used from walking from your swimming total burn you inputed. So if you walked 11,000 steps, and you swam, that's probably why it's taking away from your calorie total (because it can't count steps from a swim). That's why…

Tomato basil rice cakes topped with fat free cottage cheese, a little pizza sauce and turkey pepperoni. Reminds me of a pizza lunchable!

Ok. I'm going to try and explain this to the best of my ability. Let's start by asking what you're daily expenditure is set to. We'll assume it's set to sedentary. For a sedentary person, let's say you will burn just by being alive 1500 calories a day (which is 62 calories/hour). That 1500 calories is just you living your…

Sugar free jello. A whole container is 20-40 calories. Or Diet rootbeer. Or homemade hot cocoa (Only 50 calories)

Sweet potato nachos sound awesome. I am making a recipe for those now!! Thanks!

Breakfast: 1cup of sweet eggwhites topped with 1/2c of oats and 30g of strawberries and drizzled with 1 serving of peanut butter Lunch: 6oz cooked chicken breast, asparagus, 1/2serving of roasted red pepper and basil quinoa, 2 butter rice cakes and cottage cheese Snack 1: high fiber english muffin, 2tbs of PB2 and 40g of…

This is what I'm doing now as well.

I don't know why, but I swear by my Polar A300. I love chest strap HRM's because they seem to have more accurate burns than say the EVIL FITBIT or wrist based HRM's. When a watch gives you "steps" for clapping your hands, it's bullSH*T. If a watch doesn't register a heart rate over 70bpm on a Stairmaster at level 10, it's…

40lbs in 7 months is going to be pretty unattainable girl. That's 5-6lbs a month and that will be harder to do as get leaner and leaner. Congrats on losing the first 50 but try to find a more attainable goal first. Smaller goals helped me along the way. Like just to lose 10lbs, then maybe to fit into a smaller pair of…

Days like that, I reach for the 2L of diet rootbeer and pour myself a glass. Something about the diet rootbeer taste that makes me thinking I am drinking a rootbeer float. Zero calories and gets me until bedtime.

This is how I spend my nights (minus the coffee). I like planning my whole week of meals in advance. I do this so I know what to buy when I grocery shop on the weekends. I don't waste food or time figuring out what I'm going to do for dinner that day. I'm glad I'm not the only one that enjoys meal planning. I feel like it…

^^^ I do this as well, but she is right, if you get to a point that you stop losing weight, then count those sprays too. I just hope that my exercise outdoes those two second sprays so I don't count those.

^^This. For sure. 1200 calories for that long of time deserves a break. Your body will appreciate it.

There's a calendar button at the top of the diary page. You can pick a date to view if that's what you're asking for.

I don't understand this. It's not a whole month of holidays. It's one day maybe 2 for each holiday. Just workout and eat as normal every day leading up to those days. Then on the days, eat mindful and don't pig out unless you want to. That's up to you. Enjoy the holidays. No need to go in with a game plan. If you're…

Well, November 23-Jan 2 is more than a 2 week diet break. A whole month of what you may think is eating at maintenance could actually, bring back more pounds than you may hope for. A diet break is a good idea, but I would suggest a week to 2 weeks at most. And if you're going to do it, I'd recommend weighing every day to…

MFP has me at 1980 being sedentary with my height and weight. I'm working my way up to that but I'm hoping to push 2200-2300.

Unsweetned vanilla almond/cashew milk is BOMB!! I don't even buy the regular stuff anymore.

Because one day I weighed in the morning at 166lbs and when I got to the doctor's office after breakfast and lunch, I was at 171. Not only is her scale different, but the weight on her scale shows that I've eaten food and drank a gallon of water that day and I have clothes on. That's why it's important not to get hung up…

Absolutely and I love it!! I have the Polar A300.

I'm 6'0" and I'm at 167 (BF% 20-21%) right now and my doctor said I'm good. But after this reverse diet (I hope to get to at least 2300 calorie maintenance), I am going to start prepping for a competition and hope to get to the 150's (BF% 15-18%) Not sure if it matters, but I also have wide hip bones so I will never be…

When I was doing Keto I had a lot of energy and I would never stray from working out no matter what diet I am on. If you have the ability to exercise then I suggest doing it as it's wonderful. But, to each their own. I know a lot of people that don't work out and lose weight just fine as long as they're in a calorie…

I had this argument with my husband the other day about this. He asked if I was drinking soda during prep and I said of course. He said it had a lot of sodium in it and I just looked at him and said...no it doesn't. One can has 50mg which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. He said oh.. weird. He said his…
