Thanks for the responses. I don’t drink a lot of water. I mostly drink protein shakes but I am definitely going to try to drink more water.

Yes I'm 5'4 & I used to be around 130 pounds & very defined. Now I'm almost 150 with a layer of fat covering my muscles. [/quote] This is how I'm feel. I'm 5'10 and weight 177. I'm at my heaviest although most people think I am thin. I used to weight between 145-150. My goal weight is 145 but I will be happy with 150.

I'm training for my first 5K as well. My race is April 1st and I'm just about ready. I didn't use the couch to 5K though. I just kind of started running on my own.
