I have been doing meal prep on Sundays. I make salads to take to lunch at work. Dinner has been my nemesis as I get home and eat too large a portion. I have a scale but have yet to use it. How do you know how much weight equals how many calories?

Today is the last day of my holiday break…back to work on Monday. I’m actually ready to get back. I’m on a 3 day streak of getting my walk in. I’m not drinking as much water as I should.
