Need to be motivated

Hello!! I'm a 52 yo recently divorced woman with two boys and want to take my life back on the right track. For this I have to get rid for good of these 20 kg. Please I need some motivation and sharing your experience

    I’m a 48 year old married woman who is making a fresh start on my weight loss journey. Total is to lose weight to feel good, be comfortable doing more, and improve my mood. My daily objectives are adding water, walk for 30 minutes, and track my calories, staying below my limit.

    Good luck on your journey, Dec 23, I could barely keep walking for 30 mins, though no existing physical issues, I too started with walking 30 minutes a day, over a month, I moved this to 45 mins, then stopped taking added sugar. Started gym after this and worked up the dumbbells, machines are ok but for stability, dumbbells and barbells are good.

    Check out charles glass, you dont need to become a bodybuilder but alot of the exercises do really work.

    Again, biggest thing is consistency, imaging your goal.

    Hi! I am 32 , married, and have a 15 month old daughter. I need to lose weight to be able to keep up with her as she ages. I’m exhausted all the time. We can do it!
