Im having the same issue with my right knee. It hurts like hell when i start walking after sitting for like 5+ minutes. It gets better after walking for a bit. Its almost as if i had plantar fasciitis in my knee. Im taking this week off from excercising and resting my knee, ice, and nsaids. Please pray that it gets better…
