  • I use a 1/4 cup fat free organic milk, with 1-2 Tbsp of the Torani Sugar Free coffee syrups. It tastes great and is only 44 calories for a 16 ounce coffee. On the weekends, I splurge and use a 1/2 cup of milk.
  • I use 4 ounces of fat free milk and Torani sugar free coffee syrups. 44 calories if you count the brewed coffee.
  • If you brown the hamburger and strain it, you can then remove additional fat by running it under hot water. This does remove some of the flavor, but the if you use the meat in things like light versions of chili, taco meat, etc., it really doesn't matter much.
