Sliced tempeh + sliced veg + hummus is my go-to. You can wrap in lettuce leaves or eat with whole wheat pita. Nut butter + high protein bread is also good. I'm in! Working out at least 3x/week, ~1 gal. of water per day, swap most of the coffee out for green tea (limit to one cup of coffee per day), and a clean diet. :)

I'm just barely under 5'6" and my weight currently fluctuates between 145-150 lb (65.5 - 68 kg). I'd like to get down to a toned 130 - 135 lb (59 - 61 kg). :)
